Jazar Mlawwan Mehshi Bil Remman - Stuffed rainbow carrots in pomegranate sauce


Inspired by dishes from two Syrian cities:  the Homsi stuffed carrots and Aleppine stuffed black carrots - we created the rainbow stuffed carrots.  Yellow, white, orange and black carrots are stuffed with rice and lamb and slow-cooked in a pomegranate and tomatoe sauce. Topped off with mint and garlic. An absolute must-try.
