A twist on the traditional Mnazzalet Banadora (Allayet Banadora); we roast colorful heritage tomatoes that are bursting with flavours in a rich tomatoe sauce with Spanish padron peppers and our seasoned minced lamb and top them off with coriander and garlic.  Served with your choice of vermicelli rice or bulgur.

Vegan option is served with chickpeas.
