Mini courgettes and mini aubergines stuffed with a a seasoned rice and lamb hearty filling the Damascene way, infusing some fabulous yellow safflower seeds.  Slow-cooked in a tamarind and tomato base and topped off with garlic and mint.  Served mostly courgettes with some aubergines.
