This colorful dish hails from the coastal city of Lattakia; succulent lamb Kibbeh is served on one side with an exquisite dip comprised mainly of red pepper, tahini, garlic and lemon. Garnished with walnuts ,parsley and Aleppo pepper, this dip is not meant to be heated. Simply heat the Kibbeh and dip into this tantalizing sauce.
P.S. This dish is originally served with boiled Kibbeh but we noted how it tends to crumble and fall apart when chilled then reheated, and so we have decided to serve it with fried or baked Kibbeh and we love it this way.
