Maldoum is a dish from the northeastern region of Hasakeh in Syria - layers of round lamb kababs neatly stacked with slices of onions, courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes and potatoes. Baked to perfection in a rich tomatoe and onion sauce seasoned with our own Aleppo seven spice mix. Served with bread and your choice of rice or bulgur. Syrian Kabab heartiness meets French Ratatouille flair; we coined this dish as Kababouille!

Vegan variant includes all five vegetables excluding the Kababs.  Served with your choice of vegan Vermicelli rice or bulgur.
