Wild Rice Mjaddara - Wild Rice and Lentils (Vegan)


A twist on our traditional Mjaddara as we add wild black rice and brown basmati to our lentils and cook it with extra virgin olive oil infused with cumin.  Topped off with caramelized onions.  Can't find a dish with more goodness!  Served with pickled purple turnip and yogurt (nonvegan side).
